Nuhar is a red Sicilia DOC BIO wine from Tenuta Rapitala, blending Pinot Nero and Nero d'Avola. It reflects the estate's commitment to sustainable cultivation and to wines expressing Sicily's character. The organic vineyards are cultivated to preserve the distinct aromatic profiles of both grapes. In the glass it is an intense, bright ruby red. The nose has ripe red and black fruits such as cherry, blackberry and plum, with spice, vanilla and a light balsamic touch. On the palate it is balanced and velvety, with soft, well-integrated tannins, freshness, fruit, spice and delicate minerality, leading to a long, persistent finish.
