The bourbon was aged for 8 years and then given a second oak finish. It comes from a single barrel and is non-chill filtered.
The nose is sweet vanilla, toasted oak, maple syrup, caramel and warm baking spice. The palate is full-bodied, with caramel, dark brown sugar, cinnamon, chocolate and creamy wheated sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with oak, vanilla bean and sweet spice.
