Nulu Cask Strength is an uncut straight bourbon, bottled at 112.2 proof (56.1%) from Batch #1. It is non-chill-filtered.
Bourbon barrels are married together without added water. Each barrel differs from the next, so strength can vary from one batch to another.
The nose brings citrus, cream, charred nuts, vanilla, maple syrup and rye spice, with a donut and pastry character. On the palate come tropical fruit, brown sugar, wildflower honey and baking spice. The finish is thick and coating, with crème brûlée and red apple.
