A 10-year-old straight bourbon from Nulu, released in its New Louisville Whiskey Co. series. 'Hollywood Honey' is bottled at cask strength, 70.1% ABV (140.2 proof), and is non-chill filtered.
The name refers to its rich, syrupy, dessert-like character, and the label art shows a golden path of honey running through the Hollywood Hills.
The nose brings honeycomb, toasted sugar, vanilla, old oak and sun-dried apricots. The palate is thick and coating, with sweet honey, cinnamon bark, burnt caramel, dark cherries and spiced oak. The finish is long and warm, with honeyed spice, leather and tobacco.
