West Coast Toast is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from New Louisville Whiskey Co., part of a selection made by Nulu and Prohibition Craft Spirits. It is 8 years old, comes from barrel C499 and is bottled at 64.2% ABV (128.4 proof), uncut and non-chill filtered.
The bottle is wax-dipped and carries custom front and back labels.
The nose brings burnt sugar, toasted oak, dark maple syrup, clove and cherry cola. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with cinnamon, toasted marshmallow, dark cocoa and barrel char. The finish is long and hot, with leather, spice, molasses and toasted nuts.
