Nulu Toasted Straight Bourbon California Exclusive Single Barrel (56.6%)

Nulu Toasted Straight Bourbon is a single barrel bourbon aged for 5 years and bottled at 56.6% (113.2 proof). It is non-chill filtered and carries the Single Barrel Select seal, as a California exclusive selection. The bourbon is matured in toasted barrels. Each barrel is tasted carefully to avoid too much exposure to the wood, so that it is bottled at peak maturity and flavour. A barrel that meets the producer's criteria can be chosen by a customer for the single barrel programme or used in the toasted small batch.
