Oak & Eden 4 Grain & Spire

Oak & Eden 4 Grain & Spire is a bourbon made from four grains: corn, rye, malted barley and wheat, where a traditional bourbon uses three. It is aged in new American oak barrels. Once bottled, the whiskey is finished in the bottle rather than in a second cask. A spiral-cut spire of American oak, toasted to a medium-plus level, rests in the liquid. The toasting is meant to give a deep, rich finish of candied fruit, vanilla, orange spice and caramel.
