Bourbon & Brew is a bourbon from Oak & Eden, aged for two years in new American oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof (45%). Rather than being rested in a second cask, it is finished in the bottle with a 5-inch spiral-cut spire of French oak.
The spire is toasted at medium-plus, then infused in West Oak cold brew coffee made with Colombian Delagua beans, before it goes into the bottle. West Oak is a roaster based in Denton, Texas. The finish is described as sweet and delicate, with dark chocolate and coffee.
