Oak & Eden Fired French Oak Wheat & Spire is a wheat whiskey from Texas. A French oak spire is placed in each bottle, and it has been given a second charring, which adds flavour and aroma as the whiskey ages.
It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The nose offers spice, caramelised sugar and a subtle smokiness, while the palate brings caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, with a warmth that lingers.
