Oak & Eden Wheat & Spire is a wheated bourbon made in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, from an MGP wheated mashbill. This bottling is a Private Barrel selection.
After ageing, the bourbon is finished with an American oak spiral, with a heavy fire. Nothing is infused into it, so the character comes from the wheated bourbon and the oak alone.
It is bottled at 116 proof (58% vol).
