Oban The Distillers Edition is a single malt from the Highlands, matured in ex-bourbon casks and then finished for a few months in casks that previously held Montilla Fino sherry. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is smoky, salty and citrusy, with notes of orange. On the palate it is soft and slightly dry, with nuts, biscuit, coffee and dark chocolate. The finish is medium to long and lightly spiced.
