Ocho Plata is a blanco tequila made from 100% agave grown at the Salto de Nogales ranch, at an altitude of 2025 metres. It is distilled in classic pot stills and bottled without any ageing, so the fresh, untouched character of the agave comes through.
The nose offers citrus, herbs, mint and pepper. On the palate there are mineral notes, clear agave, pepper and grass. It can be sipped neat or used in cocktails.
