Octomore 07.3 is an Octomore of Octomore release from Bruichladdich, made with barley grown at James Brown's Octomore farm, two miles along the coast from the distillery. The grain came from Lorgba field and was harvested the previous summer. It was distilled in 2010, peated to 169ppm, and matured entirely on Islay in American bourbon barrels and Ribera del Duero wine casks.
