Octomore 07.4 Virgin Oak is a seven-year-old single malt, bottled at 61.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The notes open with sweetness, peat, smoke and toasted oak. With a drop of water, exotic coconut, clove, lemon peel and caramel are released. Sweet orange blossom honey and oak, wrapped in peat smoke, bring to mind something almost medicinal.
