The whisky is peated to 208 PPM, which places it among the super heavily peated malts.
The nose brings salty sea air, warm smoke, ash, vanilla cream, green apples and light citrus peel. On the palate, smoke sits with sweet malt, roasted barley, honey, white pepper and soft wood spices. The finish is long and warming, slightly oily, with sea salt and oak.
