Octomore Edition 11.1 is a five-year-old Islay single malt from Bruichladdich, distilled in 2014 and bottled at cask strength in 2020.
It matured in first-fill American oak casks, and the edition pairs Octomore's heavily peated style with that oak. It was bottled at 59.4% ABV.
Peat smoke, vanilla and malt are joined by citrus fruit, oak, salty notes, a light sweetness and dry spice.
