Off Hours Straight Bourbon is the flagship of the Indiana brand founded by Jake Ireland in 2020. It is a straight bourbon aged for over five years in American white oak barrels and distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, then bottled at 95 proof (47.5%) in a 750ml bottle. The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley.
On the nose it shows maple, vanilla and honey graham cracker. The palate is sweet and coating, with caramel, vanilla and light baking spice, and the finish is long, with vanilla bean and a soft herbal note.
