Off Hours Straight Rye is a six-year-old rye whiskey bottled at 47.5% ABV (95 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It was filled into barrel in 2018.
The mash bill is 95% rye and 5% malted barley. Maturation took place in charred barrels.
The high rye content gives a peppery, spicy character, alongside classic oak and vanilla notes from the charred wood.
