Ohishi Distillery Islay Cask Finish is a Japanese whisky matured first in sherry and ex-brandy casks for five to six years. It then spends a further two to three years being finished in ex-Islay whisky casks.
The tasting notes include hints of smoke, toasted marshmallow and vanilla.
