Ojo de Tigre is a joven artisanal mezcal from Oaxaca and Puebla, bottled at 37% ABV. It is made from two agaves, Espadín and Tobalá, which are roasted in a stone pit and distilled in a copper still.
The two agaves play different parts. Espadín from Oaxaca brings sweet and smoky flavours, while Tobalá adds layered complexity to the blend.
