Old Baile Irish Whiskey (70cl)

Old Baile is an Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, made in small batches at the Old Carrick Mill distillery. It is triple distilled and first matured in seasoned American bourbon barrels, then finished in Appleton rum casks. The name comes from the Irish for Old Town, and the bottle is curved in the manner of traditional mill barrels and distilling vessels. It is described as rich and velvety, with warm vanilla, buttery caramel and tropical fruit sweetness from the rum finish. The mouthfeel is creamy, and the long, rounded finish brings sweet spice, toasted wood and coconut.
