Small Batch 14 is the 2025 release of Old Carter Straight American Whiskey, bottled at 134.3 proof (67.15% ABV) and made without chill filtration. Only 3,321 bottles were filled.
Old Carter Whiskey Co. was founded by Mark and Sherri Carter, and this release is a blend of barrels that reached full maturity naturally.
The nose brings dark maple syrup, cigar box, charred oak and stone fruit compote. On the palate come burnt sugar, cinnamon praline, leather, dried fig and peppery rye spice, followed by a long finish of barrel char, black pepper, pipe tobacco and sweet clove.
