Old Charter Oak Finest Oak is a Kentucky bourbon in a 75cl bottle, matured in oak barrels made by Canton Cooperage at Buffalo Trace Distillery.
The barrel staves are cut from selected American white oak, sorted by hand and seasoned in the open air in Kentucky. The preparation of the wood is meant to shape the flavour of the spirit, following the whiskey's path from forest to barrel.
