Old Charter Oak Finest Oak Straight Bourbon (45%)

Old Charter Oak Finest Oak is a straight bourbon made at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. It follows the Old Charter name, first established by Adam and Ben Chapeze in 1874, and is bottled at 45% (90 proof). The bourbon is aged in barrels made by Canton Cooperage from hand-selected American white oak, with the staves seasoned in the open air of Kentucky. The nose is warm vanilla, caramelised sugar and seasoned oak. The palate is smooth and balanced, with toffee, spice and rich oak, and the finish is lingering and warm.
