Old Dominick Original Toddy Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 30%)

Original Toddy is a bourbon-based cordial from Old Dominick Distillery in Memphis, Tennessee, bottled at 30% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The base is a high-rye bourbon with 44% rye, blended with natural honey, cinnamon, clove, ginger, allspice and citrus. The recipe was reverse-engineered from an unopened pre-Prohibition bottle of the original toddy, found by the Canale family. Domenico Canale began building the family's whiskey business in Memphis in 1866. Honey and baking spice lead, with cinnamon, clove and ginger over a soft core of caramel and vanilla, and citrus lifting the middle. The finish is sweet, spiced and warming.
