Old Durbar Two Continents Blended Reserve (70cl, 42.8%)

Old Durbar Two Continents Blended Reserve is a Nepalese blended whisky bottled at 42.8% abv. It was the first blend released under the Old Durbar name. The whisky spends eight years in American oak ex-bourbon casks, then moves to Spanish Oloroso sherry casks for one further year. The American oak contributes vanilla and caramel, which join the subtle spice and dried fruits that come from the sherry casks. It is described as a rich, smooth and rounded whisky.
