Old Elk Bourbon

Old Elk Bourbon is a blended straight bourbon whiskey from Old Elk Distillery. The recipe uses four times more malted barley than conventional bourbon recipes, and the spirit goes through a slow cut proofing process. It is described as rich and smooth, with caramel notes from the charred barrels alongside spicy rye.
