Old Elk Bourbon is a small-batch American bourbon made with a high-malt mash bill, which gives it a smooth, coating texture. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
The nose combines sweet vanilla and caramel with clove, a slight maple note and nutty almond. On the palate there is maple syrup, chocolate, deep wood and coconut, and the finish is long and mellow.
