Old Fitzgerald 10 Year Old Bottled in Bond is a wheated Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill, the Spring 2026 edition. It comes in a diamond-cut decanter with a green label and belongs to the Bourbon Heritage Collection.
The bourbon was distilled in a single season and matured for ten years in a federally bonded warehouse. It is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), in line with the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897.
The nose offers brown sugar, butterscotch and baked apple, with nutmeg and toasted oak. The palate is soft and rich, with raw honey, vanilla and caramelised orchard fruit over baking spice. The finish is long and warming, with caramel, cocoa and leather.
