It belongs to the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond series, which gains a new edition every spring and autumn. The packaging takes its cue from an original 1950s Old Fitzgerald diamond decanter, honouring both the history of the brand and the Bottled-in-Bond designation. The brand was first registered in 1884 and was later sold to "Pappy" Van Winkle during Prohibition.
