A seven-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon from Old Fitzgerald, a brand whose history begins in 1870. It was distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2025 at 50% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The bottling meets the requirements of the Bottled-in-Bond Act, and its mash bill includes a subtle wheat component.
The texture is full-bodied and syrupy, with flavours of caramelised brown sugar, warm baking spices and toasted oak.
