It is described as a wheated-style bourbon, with oak complexity from its 11 years in the barrel.
On the nose there is caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, honey, dried fruit, baking spice and soft leather. The palate is rich and polished, with brown sugar, vanilla cream, cinnamon, dried cherry and oak spice. The finish is long and warming, with oak, caramel and spice.
