A wheated Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is a blend of bourbons between 6 and 12 years old, and pays homage to the Old Fitzgerald and Pappy Van Winkle bourbon recipe, in the tradition of W L Weller.
The nose brings orange zest, apricot and peach with honey, sugarcane and a dash of cinnamon. On the palate cinnamon, baking spices and nutmeg sit over light honey and graham cracker, with a thinner mouthfeel. The finish of honey, cinnamon, brown sugar and light tobacco is short to medium in length.
