A Kentucky straight bourbon from Old Grand-Dad, bottled in 1972 at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The brand was created by Raymond B. Hayden and named after his grandfather, Basil Hayden, Sr., a well-known distiller in his day. A portrait of Hayden Sr. appears on the front of the bottle. The bourbon was distilled at the Jim Beam plant in Clermont, Kentucky, and the brand is now owned and produced by Beam Suntory.
