Old Man Winter Bourbon

Old Man Winter is a blended bourbon made from vintage stocks held at Preservation Distillery. The label returns after many years away, and this release takes its inspiration from flavour profiles of long ago. Each bottle is finished by hand-dipping in winter wax. On the palate there are rich dark pitted fruits, sweet spice, dusted anisette and caramel, with a rich mouthfeel. The finish is warm and lingering.
