A small-batch straight bourbon from the Black Hills of the USA, in a 75cl bottle. The mash bill uses four grains: corn, wheat, rye and malted barley. It is matured in new charred American oak barrels and comes in a ceramic-dipped bottle with an old western photo label.
The nose has caramel, brown sugar, saddle leather, toasted oak and dried fruit. On the palate it is full-bodied and chewy, with spiced cornbread, molasses, butterscotch, cracked pepper and cinnamon. The finish is long and warming, with smoky oak, dark chocolate and a little campfire spice.
