An aged rum from India, matured for 7 years. It has an intense amber colour with golden reflections. The nose offers molasses, caramel, vanilla and delicate spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg, along with dried fruit notes of raisin and prune. On the palate it is soft yet rich, with a balance of sweetness and spice, and a long finish with chocolate and toasted oak. It is best enjoyed neat and can also be used in sophisticated cocktails.
