This is a 12 year old single cask Glenlossie from Speyside, bottled by Douglas Laing in its Old Particular range. It comes from a single refill hogshead and is bottled at a natural cask strength of 48.4% in a 70cl bottle.
It is non-chill filtered and has no added colour.
The nose is green apples, barley sugar, fresh-cut grass and a hint of pear tart. The palate has orchard fruits, creamy vanilla and soft spice, with lemon zest and almond biscuit. The finish is crisp and lasting, with subtle floral notes and gentle oak.
