This is a single cask Jura bottled by Douglas Laing in its Old Particular range. It is a 15 year old single malt, distilled in February 2008 and bottled in March 2023, in a 70cl bottle.
It matured in a refill hogshead and was bottled at 48.4%, with no colouring and no chill filtration. The cask yielded 297 bottles.
Douglas Laing's managing director describes it as light and honeyed, quietly complex, with a gentle coastal quality and fruit notes.
