Old Perth Original is a blended malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 46%. The name goes back to 1908, when Peter Thomson of Perth first launched it as a blended Scotch. It returned in 2014 as a blended malt, relaunched by Kenny MacKay, who began his whisky career with Peter Thomson in 1977.
Every Old Perth is now unfiltered and uncoloured. The whisky is blended from malts of the Speyside Glenlivet region that have been matured only in sherry casks.
