Old Perth PX Edition 2.0 is a limited edition blended malt whisky, bottled at 54.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It has been matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which bring pronounced sweetness and fruity depth, along with a gentle spiciness.
On the nose there are raisins, dried plums and figs, mixed with soft chocolate and vanilla. The palate is full, led by sweet raisin and caramel, with soft spices and roasted nuts arriving later. The finish is long and warming, as the sweet sherry flavours turn towards a pleasant spiciness.
