Old Pulteney 15 Year Old Single Cask #740 is a Highland single malt distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2022. It matured by the sea in a hand-selected ex-bourbon cask of American oak, and 252 bottles were filled at a cask strength of 53.4% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The colour is antique gold. Toffee and creamy white chocolate give way to apples, pears and tropical fruit, and gentle vanilla and warm spices lead into a long finish.
