The nose is intense yet balanced, with rich dried fruit, ripe apples, citrus, honey and creamy vanilla, and a slightly chocolaty, floral background. The palate brings fragrant spices, Christmas cake, layers of chocolate and dark toffee sweetness, with a hint of salty sea air on the finish.
