Old Pulteney – 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Old Pulteney 15 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46%. It has matured for 15 years and has a rich amber colour. The whisky sets spice and sweetness against lighter, more refreshing coastal notes, and the influence of the sea runs through it. The nose is intense but balanced, with dried fruit, ripe apples, citrus, honey and creamy vanilla, and a slight touch of chocolate and flowers behind. On the palate come fragrant spices and Christmas cake, layers of chocolate and a distinct dark toffee sweetness. The finish carries a hint of salty sea air.
