This is Old Pulteney 21 Year Old, an official bottling of Highland single malt at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Pulteney is the most northerly distillery on the Scottish mainland and is known for its love of the sea, which finds its way into the whisky.
The whisky is a mix of spirit matured in fino sherry casks and in refill bourbon casks. At 21 years old, it sits at the top of the distillery's regular range.
