Old School Malt is a 31 year old blended malt from Signatory, bottled at 43.5% in a 70cl bottle.
It brings together 104 different Scottish single malts, every one of them 31 years old or older. The malts were then left to rest together in sherry butts for 26 years. Among the distilleries named are Brora, Port Ellen, Rosebank, Springbank and Talisker.
