Old Soul 11 Year Tintype #3 Bourbon (75cl, 51.8%)

Old Soul Tintype #3 is an 11-year-old high-rye bourbon, bottled at 51.75% in a 75cl bottle without cutting or filtering. It is a small release drawn from fewer than 30 barrels. The spirit was distilled in Indiana and matured in the heat of Jackson, Mississippi. The mashbill is 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley. The nose offers banana nut bread, buttered bread, caramel and cigar tobacco. The palate brings butterscotch, vanilla bean, charred oak, cinnamon, stewed dark cherry and toasted pecans, with rye spice. The finish is long and warming, with cinnamon, clove, charcoal and maple syrup.
