This is a limited-edition aged rum, a blend of distillates from some of the best distilleries in the West Indies and Central America. It starts from the XO Reserve and receives further time in old Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The bottle comes in a Christmas gift box, at 40% and 70cl.
The colour is copper. The nose offers pineapple, ripe mango and honeydew melon with vanilla cream, milk chocolate, orange and coconut, then a light spice. The palate is sweet fruit with a gentle herbal note and spice. The finish is long, with mild spice from the cask and a feeling of warmth.
