This is a peach-flavoured Tennessee whiskey from Ole Smoky Distillery in Gatlinburg, bottled at 32.5% ABV (65 proof) in a 75cl bottle. Tennessee whiskey forms the base and is infused with natural peach flavour. It is distilled in copper pot stills, following recipes rooted in Appalachian moonshine traditions. The nose is led by ripe peach, with gentle sweetness and a honeyed note. Juicy peach dominates the palate, joined by caramel, vanilla and a little oak. The finish is clean and moderate, with the peach fading into whiskey warmth.
