Ole Smoky was founded in 2010 and is described as Tennessee's first licensed distillery.
The nose is sweet caramel and warm vanilla with soft whiskey underneath. The palate is creamy and rich, with liquid caramel, a whisper of sea salt and subtle whiskey spice. The finish is smooth and lingering, the sweetness tapering into a gentle salted note.
